I am a passionate teacher of English at the Department of English at Nehru Memorial College, Affiliated to Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. With over three decades of teaching experience, I am specialized in American Literature, Disability Studies, and English Language Teaching. I have published 40 research articles in journals indexed in the UGC-CARE List, Web of Science and SCOPUS databases. I have actively contributed to the academic community by serving as a resource person for professional development programs organized by the UGC-Human Resource Development Centre of Bharathidasan University and other institutions nationwide. I have been bestowed with the Best Teacher Award from the Rotary Club of Tirunelveli in 2020.
